After several years of projecting the first Czech Zoo, several species found new house in the newly constructed aviaries. Among the pilgrims were horses, wolves and several birds.

If you look at the Prague Zoo map, you will notice that it’s territory as well as the number of inhabitants increased numerously. Today visitors coming to Czech Capital can observe and take photos of more than 5000 specimens of fauna. The total area of the Zoo covers about 60 hectares. Therefore tourists should be aware to plan the whole day for this great park with animals. During 2-3 hours it is completely impossible to see even a half of what they have in Prague Zoo.
